Services:
· PillBoost provides on-demand digital design services under monthly subscription plans.
· All services are delivered digitally and based on customer requests submitted after payment.
User Responsibilities:
· You agree to provide accurate information and necessary files for us to complete your requests.
· You must not use our services for unlawful, offensive, or infringing purposes.
Intellectual Property
· All designs delivered remain the property of PillBoost until full payment is received.
· After delivery and payment, ownership of final materials is transferred to the client, excluding our templates and internal tools.
Refunds & Cancellations
· Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final (see Refund Policy below).
· Subscriptions may be canceled anytime but are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
Your Rights
· You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.

Limitation of Liability
· PillBoost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
· Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Jurisdiction

· Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
